在這里學(xué)什么？ **ENGLISH LITERATURE**: - English literature explores human experience and imagination as it has been expressed in written form over more than five centuries. The University is a centre of excellence in creative writing. Professional writers in residence are on hand to provide you with advice and encouragement. **SOCIOLOGY**: - Sociology studies the ways that people organise their lives together, the constraints within which they do so, the patterns of their social behaviour, and the causes and consequences of social inequalities. One of the distinctive features of our Sociology programme, commended by external examiners and by our graduates, is the combination of sociological, criminological and anthropological perspectives which we provide.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 The University will consider students who have gained good scores in the Gaokao exam for direct entry into first year. Students who have taken a recognised foundation or access programme or equivalent will also be considered, as well as those students who have taken international qualifications such as the IB diploma, GCE A Levels, AP and SATs. Please refer the university website for details of the English Language requirements for entry to individual undergraduate degree programmes.
