在這里學(xué)什么？ ECONOMICS: - In studying economics you will learn how individuals and society make choices about how scarce resources are used, what products are produced and who gets to consume them. These choices depend on evaluating costs, benefits, risks and effects on others. Economics at Glasgow dates back to Adam Smith, who was a Professor at the University in the 18th century and is widely renowned as the father of modern economics. SCOTTISH HISTORY: - The study of history is the study of change and continuity in human society through time. Scottish history is the study of Scotland’s past. Scottish History at Glasgow boasts world-leading researchers at the cutting edge of the discipline across all periods, from medieval to modern. The Centre for Scottish & Celtic Studies at Glasgow addresses Scottish history in a genuinely crossdisciplinary environment and students are encouraged to get involved.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) The University will consider students who have gained good scores in the Gaokao exam for direct entry into first year. Students who have taken a recognised foundation or access programme or equivalent will also be considered, as well as those students who have taken international qualifications such as the IB diploma, GCE A Levels, AP and SATs. Please refer the university website for details of the English Language requirements for entry to individual undergraduate degree programmes.
