專業(yè)概況
在這里學(xué)什么？ Physics with Theoretical Physics is aimed at students interested in the more mathematical and theoretical aspect of physics. The course provides a solid grounding in all aspects of physics, both theoretical and experimental, although a significant amount of practical work is replaced by lecture courses and project work in theoretical physics. In the first two years, you study the topics of advanced mechanics, advanced mathematics and computational physics. In third and fourth year, you study in more depth topics of particular interest to you, for example, quantum theory, electrodynamics and general relativity.It is possible to transfer to the 3-year BSc course at the beginning of your third year.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 A mixture of science or maths and humanities or arts subjects is preferred, but not essential. Art or Fine Art A-levels are particularly welcomed; however, please note that applicants with three arts-based subjects (for example, Art, Graphics and 3D Design,?or Art, Photography and Design and Technology), or a BTEC Extended Diploma in Art and Design on its own will not be considered as meeting our entry requirements.We do not require a pass in the Science Practical Assessment.Typical Contextual Offer: AABA mixture of science or maths and humanities or arts subjects is preferred, but not essential.
